At Custom Snappies, we want you to love your custom fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible apparel. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label over the old one, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
